Direct Hire & Contractor Employees

Although Integrity focuses on delivery of its services through its Contract Recruiting Services, we also provide recruitment support through traditional direct-hire and contractor placement methods.

Direct Hire

When engaged for direct-hire support, Integrity will conduct a full needs analysis to clarify and understand your requirements. We then execute the necessary search and screen processes to ensure only the best-qualified candidates are presented to you. Fees for this service are typically a percentage of the hired candidate's first year salary.

Contract Employees

Integrity also provides employees on a contract or project basis. Included this service, we will take care of the hiring, payroll, and benefits functions, thus eliminating the administrative burden of hiring new and/or temporary employees. Our clients are then invoiced on an hourly basis for services provided by the selected contractors.
